N-Planning LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Personal Information Protection Policy as a code of conduct that all employees must comply with to properly manage all personal information handled by the Company, and strives to ensure thorough compliance.
- The Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and other norms.
- The Company will appropriately collect, use, and provide personal information in consideration of the nature and scale of its business. This includes not handling personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use and taking measures for this purpose.
- When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information, it will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party to ensure the security management of the entrusted personal information.
- The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except when there is consent from the individual or when required by law.
- The Company will take necessary measures to prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, destruction, loss, falsification, etc., and implement appropriate security management while striving for continuous improvement.
